Innovative hardware and software architectures, combined with next-generation operator interfaces
integrated directly on the mobile console of the robot, allow complete control of the plant (setting of
production parameters, diagnostics, maintenance, manual controls, etc.) in a simple and intuitive way.
One of the main tasks of the management software of our handling plants with vision system is in fact
to optimize and simplify (through self-learning procedures) the definition and the recognition of the various
types of products that are usually treated in this kind of plant. Simultaneously and in a completely automatic
and transparent way to the operator, the software deals with the calculation of the pick and place positions,
the determination of the trajectories of the robot and the optimisation of the path (also in function of any
conveyor tracking).
